Discover your inner super hero!  Join us for afternoon of yoga fun with super hero yoga poses and arts and crafts. 

All super-hero’s and heroines ages 5-10 are welcome to participate and must be accompanied by parent.   Our practice will begin with fun super hero yoga poses and will conclude with each participant designing a favorite super hero or heroine with arts and crafts supplies.

So come dressed in costume as your favorite character, borrow one of ours or just practice as yourself!

Craft supplies will be provided by studio.
