Fitness
Yoga--A 60 minute flowing class that focuses on building strength and endurance. A feel great way to get (or stay)
fit! Eight Week Series Thursdays at 7:15 pm beginning 9/9. $96 You must pre-register. No class on 9/23.
Gentle Yoga--A class for those that have injuries, health conditions, seniors, stiff and sore
folks, or those that just prefer a gentle relaxing yoga class. You have the option of even practicing in a chair! Gentle stretching,
breathing exercises and deep relaxation. Saturdays 11:30 am 6 week series begins October 2nd through November 6th. $75

Meditation Training with Anne...Meditation is a powerful tool
to change your life for the better. Perhaps you have heard or read about all the benefits of meditation but are wondering
how to start? Or maybe you are practicing on your own but would like more support and learning. Make a commitment to yourself
and your meditation practice, and enjoy the benefits of meditation. We will practice different techniques of meditation, practice
some techniques to improve meditation, discuss meditation, and you will receive personal guidance on your own meditation practice.

Restorative Yoga postures are designed to allow the body to release tension and leave you feeling rested and of course "restored".
This relaxing practice uses bolsters and blankets, relaxing music, and students receive a mini aromatherapy neck and foot
massage...so join us for a healthy way to unwind.

Going Deeper...Yamas and Niyamas Workshop.
According
to the sage Patanjali these teachings should be practiced in order for your yoga practice to progress. Yamas and Niyamas are
the first two limbs of the eight limbed system of astanga yoga. If you are interested in going beyond asana and deeper into
the wisdom of yoga than this is good place to begin. We will be discussing Yamas and Niyamas (yogic restraints and observances)
as well as working together to incorporate these valuable teachings into our modern lives. Two class series, 60-90 min classes.
