In consideration of others please enter and exit Nurture quietly.

Please silence all cell phones/ electronic devices. We recommend that you leave your cell phone in your car.

Please remove your shoes upon entering.

Yoga:

Please make an effort to arrive for class on time. If you are late, please enter studio quietly. If door is locked, it means the class is full. You may call ahead to reserve your place in class-please leave your name, contact phone number and the day and time of class that you would like to reserve your space in.

There may be times when incense will be burned in the studio before or after class. If you are allergic to or unable to tolerate incense please call ahead to let us know.

All pre-paid series classes are non-refundable.

Please remember that your health and well being are our priorities. Listen to your body, and rest anytime during class if needed.

Massage Therapy: 

We recommend that you arrive 5-10 minutes early for your appointment. We require a 24 hour cancellation notice for all massage appointments. If you fail to notify us of your cancellation 24 hours prior to your appointment you will be charged in full, unless your appointment time slot is filled by another client.

Payment:

We accept cash, checks and visa/mastercard/ discover  card. Payment is required at time of service.

$25 fee for any returned checks.

Gift Certificates: 

Gift certificates are non-refundable and expire one year from date of issue.

Gift certificates are transferable.
