New Summer Yoga Series...
Gentle Yoga- Are you suffering from injuries? Have Pain?
Lead a sedentary lifestyle? or just feeling old? Think that yoga would be "too much" for you? Try
gentle yoga. This six week series will gently stretch and energize the body. we will work on relaxation and breathing
exercises as well. You do not need to be flexible to participate! Wed 11am starts July 22nd. Six weeks $90 must pre-register.
Chakra Yoga with Brittany. Wed
at 6:30, this eight week class begins on June 3rd. Wondering what a chakra is? Want to deepen your yoga practice and knowledge?
This workshop will address one chakra each week, using movement, visualizaton and discussion to provide a practical, somatic
and accessible experience for all. Pre-register only $120 for eight weeks.
